YLK series fins punching automatic production line

YLK series high speed fin punch automatic production line is composed of decoiler, leveler, lubrication device, feeding setting, closed high speed precision press and collector. It is an ideal equipment in refrigeration and has such features as high automation, high productivity, stable feature, high safety and reliability, etc. it can produce various type fins and other parts which has good quality, high precision and low cost feature if it is installed with different spec die sets. Its machine system, hydraulic system and pneumatic system are automatically controlled. There is hydraulic take up of slide block, roller guide ways and hydraulic protector set on the main press. Imported PLC, monitor screen control system, counter and sensor type cam controller satisfies such requirements as preset count of cutting, collector and single-double hole exchanger.
