JFY21/JHY21 series semi-close press with high performance and fixed bed is a newly high performance press developed on the basis of fixed bed press. Its frame is specially treated and form a semi-close frame (D shape hole) which can bear heavier load, larger angle distortion and heavier eccentric load. So it is an ideal product to replace open back press.
It adopts steel welding structure, combined shearing machinepneumatic friction clutch and shearing block type protector (JFY21 series), or hydraulic protector (JHY21 series). The guidways of slideblock adopt six-face rectangle whose guiding surface is copper panel. The shut height is adjusted by motor and inclicated with digital inclicator. The press adopts pneumatic balance cylinder, importing duplex-valves, tow connecting parts, importing PLC and cam controller. It has the features of high strength, high rigidity and high reliability.
It can be equipped with air cushion. Automatic feed shaft and photoelectric protector. It can also be equipped with automatic equipment to form automatic production line. The whole press conforms to the safe standard.
