JH21 series model D press with open fixed table and adjustable travel, with the body being made of welded plate, is marked with high rigidity and stable precision. The vertically placed crankshaft ensures a compact structure and gives a handsome outlook. The crankshaft is fitted with a travel regulating device. Adjustment of this device allows the change of the sliding block travel to meeting the specific requirements of different technological process. The integrated pneumatic friction clutch and brakers are adopted to ensure steady engagement, sensitive action and low noise level. The gear pairs are in oil-immersed lubrication. For the sliding block, the square-shape extended hexagonal guide rail is adopted. The guiding surface is made of copper plate and the guiding is marked with high precision. The rigid press-down type protector ensures safety and reliability in operation. For models above JF21-63D,electrical adjustment of the die setting height is adopted; for models above JF21-45D,the sliding block is fitted with up-lift balance cylinder (for which, the imported sealing ring is adopted),and imported PLC is adopted for centralized control. And, the air passage has duplex safety valve for control. Optional devices like the air-cushion device, automatic feeding device, photoelectric protection device can be adopted, and various automatic equipment may also be fitted to the machine. The press complies with the relevant safety standard.
